VenusLiv & Lark Microphone Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter Information

The promoter of this giveaway is Hollyland Australia, an authorized reseller of Hollyland products in Australia and New Zealand. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, representatives, and affiliates of Hollyland Australia, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway starts on Friday 28/02/2025 at 230 PM AEST/NZDT and ends on 31/03/2025, at 4 PM AEST/NZDT.
  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Follow @hollyland.au on Instagram.
  2. Like & Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story (tag @hollyland.au).
  3. Tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
  4. Send a 30-second video via DM or email (sales@hollyland.com.au) doing ONE of the following:
    • Show us your current streaming setup and why you need an upgrade.
    • Tell us why you should win—be as creative as you like.
    • Recreate your most awkward or funniest livestream moment.

5. Prizes

There are a total of 3 prizes available to win:

🥈 2nd Place: Lark Max Solo Wireless Microphone
🥉 3rd Place: Lark 150 Duo (Black) Wireless Mic Set

  • Each winner will receive one of the products mentioned above.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • 3 winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and effort in their video submission.
  • Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @hollyland.au by 04/04/2025.
  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Hollyland Australia reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Winners will be required to provide contact information (name, shipping address, and phone number) for prize delivery.

7. Delivery of Prizes

  • Prizes will be shipped to the winners’ provided addresses within Australia or New Zealand.
  • Hollyland Australia will cover all shipping costs associated with delivering the prizes.
  • Hollyland Australia is not responsible for any delays in delivery or incorrect addresses provided by winners.

8. Disqualification

Hollyland Australia reserves the right to disqualify any entries that:

  • Are incomplete or incorrect.
  • Include offensive or inappropriate content.
  • Use fake or duplicate accounts.

9. Publicity

By entering this giveaway, participants agree that Hollyland Australia may use their name, Instagram handle, and any content shared related to the giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Hollyland Australia will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by participating in this giveaway or from the use of the prizes.
  • The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including Instagram platform outages, that may prevent an entry from being counted.

11. Privacy

  • Hollyland Australia will collect personal information from the winners solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment (shipping).
  • This information will not be shared with third parties.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Hollyland Australia reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway or its terms and conditions without prior notice should unforeseen circumstances arise.
